This site is operated by Silvatron Pty Ltd, an Australian company with its registered office in Melbourne, Victoria. In these terms, Silvatron, we, us and our mean Silvatron Pty Ltd. You and your mean the person or organisation using the site.
By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms do not create a services agreement. Any engagement with Silvatron is governed by a separate written contract, and where that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract prevails for the engaged work.
You may view, browse and print pages of this site for your own business evaluation of our services. You must not do any of the following.

All content on this site, including text, page design, layout, graphics, code, logos and the Silvatron name and marks, is owned by Silvatron Pty Ltd or used under licence. It is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and by trade mark and other laws.
Nothing on the site grants a licence to use our intellectual property beyond the limited viewing and printing described above. Case study material describes work delivered under client contracts. Client names, marks and confidential detail remain the property of those clients and are withheld unless published approval has been given.

The site describes our services in general terms. It is marketing and background information, not technical, legal, financial or professional advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
Capability descriptions, methods and technologies change. Do not rely on a page of this site as the basis for a decision. Ask us to confirm scope, approach and commercial terms in writing, and rely on that instead.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability in connection with the site is limited to one hundred Australian dollars. This clause does not limit liability arising under a signed services agreement, which contains its own liability provisions.

If a provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force. A failure by us to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
